Today I am working on horseshoe shaped wheat bags for my osteopath - as per her diagram above. She's also asked for back wheat bags that fasten around the middle with velcro. It's amazing what comes up in conversation while you're having the vertebrae in your neck manipulated. I just have to make sure that in making the bags I don't end up undoing all of her good work on my neck and shoulders.
